Advantage Nursing Services, Inc. has been in operation since 1984
providing nurses, respiratory therapists and surgical technologists
for staff relief and supplementation in hospitals, clinics, industries
and nursing homes. Advantage Nursing Services, Inc. has the demonstrated
capability to provide healthcare facilities with properly trained,
screened and insured medical personnel for general, specialty, or
intensive care units.
Advantage Nursing
Services, Inc. provides nurses, respiratory therapists and surgical
technologists for per diem shifts.
Advantage Nursing
Services, Inc. also provides long term and short term contracts.
This gives the hospital the continuity of having the same personnel
during the contract term.
Advantage Nursing
Services, Inc. contains a full service Travel Division currently
placing nurses, respiratory therapists and surgical technologists
on eight to thirteen week assignments.
Advantage Nursing
Services, Inc. is available to assist the facility during State
and JCAHO surveys and will furnish necessary information on all
medical personnel. We are also in compliance with OSHA Standards
CFR 1910:1030 (HBV series or declination).
All nurses,
respiratory therapists and surgical technologists that work for
Advantage Nursing Services are employees. All necessary Social Security
taxes (FICA), federal unemployment taxes (FUTA) and State Unemployment
taxes (SUTA) are withheld. All our personnel are covered by liability
insurance, workman’s compensation and are bonded.
Our primary
concern is providing hospitals with highly qualified professionals
to achieve excellence in patient care for general and special floor
duty. Our staff is on duty in the office 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week, 365 days a year.
Our Registered
Nurse Administrator is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365
days a year.
Advantage Nursing
Services, Inc. agrees to adhere to the mandates dictated by Titles
VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and, the
Vietnam Era Veteran's Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974 and all
requirements imposed by or pursuant to the regulations of the U.S.
Department of Health and Human Services and the American with Disabilities
Act and Civil Rights Act of 1992 and as directed by Executive Order
EWE 92-7. Contractor agrees that he/she will not discriminate in

the corporation is owned by a female, and the other fifty percent
